* I have chosen to focus on run-of-the-mill words and only those rap artists the average white rap geek might be expected to know about. I’m sure there are others that fit nicely into these lists.     Ice T and Heavy D were brought up to me. I’m not sure these count. Not sure about the single letters.

    If Beastie is looked at as an adjective… Beastie Boys
    Big Tymers
    Black Sheep
    Digable Planets
    Public Enemy

    Noun:
    Eminem (mmmm candy treats)
    the Roots
    Timbaland
    Neptunes (and N.E.R.D. if you take out all of those damn periods)
    Xzibit
