* I have chosen to focus on run-of-the-mill words and only those rap artists the average white rap geek might be expected to know about. I’m sure there are others that fit nicely into these lists. I apologize for leaving someone off, especially if they happen to be your favorite rapper. Please, don’t shoot me.

    Ice T and Heavy D were brought up to me. I’m not sure these count. Not sure about the single letters.

    Not a rap artist, but Sting is definitely a verb.

    Both:
    If Beastie is looked at as an adjective… Beastie Boys
    Big Tymers
    Black Sheep
    Digable Planets
    Public Enemy

    Noun:
    Eminem (mmmm candy treats)
    the Roots
    Timbaland
    Neptunes (and N.E.R.D. if you take out all of those damn periods)
    Xzibit
